Delivery

Orders paid by credit card are dispatched within 3 working days.
Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched within 3 working days of the cheque clearing.

Returns Policy

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise purchased from us that is in new condition including the original packaging, for a full refund of the original purchase price of that item. You may do that by shipping it back to our office location with your details eg. invoice number, order number and date of when the order was made.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of buying from us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and you must return the goods (unless agreed otherwise) in the same packaging to the address below.
